Les Rendez-Vous No. 3 - Pinot Meunier Extra Brut
This third release takes in the three historic terroirs of Leuvrigny, Damery and Venteuil, where the Pinot Meunier varietal gives wine from this region its distinctive identity. A careful selection process based on the purity of the fruit and the balance of flavors in order to define a style even closer to low dosage.
On the eye: A treat for the eyes that glistens and gleams, with a distinctive golden-yellow hue flecked with silver, and the customary stream of tiny bubbles perfectly channeled in the center of the glass.
On the nose: Wonderfully balanced floral sensations (lime and grasses) combined with the summery scents of freshly-cut wheat fields (grain and straw). This cuvée will awaken your senses to notes ranging from crisp fruit to juicy citrus. A highly delicate blend where the character of the Meunier subtly reveals itself.
On the palate: A sensual textured mouthfeel that blossoms into deeply delicious, fruity notes (white cherry, pineapple and yellow plums). A blissful sensation of flying high, with senses elevated and honed. Finally, an enjoyable finish lengthening to notes of white pepper with a pleasantly saline tartness.

Les Rendez-Vous No. 4 - Chardonnay Extra Brut
This fourth wine highlights Chardonnay from Mesnil-sur Oger, a historic terroir on the Côte des Blancs, classified as a Grand Cru. It comes exclusively from the 2015 vintage, and is slowly and meticulously aged on its lees. A selective approach is used, based on the purity of fruit and an equilibrium of flavours, with low acidity.
On the eye: Its luminous golden yellow color offers a radiant, sparkling finish that gives way to a fine, persistent bubble.
On the nose: Its sensory development leans on distinguished aromatic floral notes, which speaks to its great minerality of fruits (jasmine, fresh pineapple and buttery brioche). Its sensual, refined flavor is based on white pome fruit (tart pear, medlar). It is the perfect expression of subtly disciplined Chardonnay meticulously matured on the lees.
On the palate: A captivatingly tense tactile sensation is dominated by a gritty, seductive spirit (Menton lemon, blood orange and hazelnut powder). Radiant complexity pairs with a characteristic touch of salinity of the great terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. A delicate finish with hints of bergamot and almond milk.

Les Rendez-Vous No. 5 (Cinq) - Pinot Noir Extra Brut
This fifth wine highlights Pinot Noir from Verzenay, Ambonnay, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Verzy. The vast majority of the grapes used in the vinification process are sourced from a radius of 20 km around Epernay for a total area of 300 hectares in over 40 crus of the Champagne region.
On the eye: The magic of a terroir mixed with ancestral know-how, reveals a sublime golden yellow hue, underlined by intensely golden reflections. Graceful effervescence of a fine bubble softened by the patina of a precise breeding.
On the nose: Noble and racy expression. With the olfactory impact of a great elegant vinous complexity (sandy biscuits, floral fragrances and white truffle). A refined blossoming highlighting the sparkling concentrations of ripe and intense fruit (nuts, sweet spices and roasted mango).
On the palate: The ample and fusional texture, with hints of citrus fruit flesh and pears in syrup (iodine notes, mandarin pulp), emerges against a base note of panettone. With a richness bursting with flavors (puffed buckwheat and licorice wood). The wine is carried by a bewitching and expressive charm at the same time, where its generosity carries the finish towards deliciously chalky minerality.
