Schramsberg is known as America's First House of Sparkling Wine and the Blanc de Blancs was their first wine. It became famous when served by Nixon during a historic 'toast to peace' in China in 1972.
Aromas of apple, pear, pineapple with brioche notes.
Flavors of grapefruit and lime with a mineral finish. The entry is crisp and the finish long.
Perfect as an aperitif or with shellfish, hard cheeses and even Thai food.
