We want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with your Premier Champagne experience. We stand behind our products and are here to support you. If we make an error in your order we will correct it right away.  If your shipment is damaged by UPS, we are fully ensured and will replace the damaged items.

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage please send photos and email them to us at sales@premierchampagne.com. All of our products come very carefully packaged in UPS approved cushioning, but in the off event that it is damaged from weather or transportation, please let us know immediately.


You may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. We'll pay shipping costs if it's our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you have changed your mind, we will unfortunately need to charge a return fee. This will always be the fee that UPS charge us. We will never profit from this.
