Currently we are shipping all orders as normal. Both we and our couriers have implemented new measures to comply with WHO and CDC guidelines around enhanced cleanliness.
Please note, Air shipments are currently experiencing delays. We still recommend going for the expedited option but if it is time sensitive you should factor in a couple of extra days transit time to be on the safe side.
Although an adult ID is still required upon delivery, a signature is no longer required. Once ID has been shown from a safe distance, the driver can sign for the delivery on your behalf.

All orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed on the same day if placed before 1PM California time and the next business day if placed after 1PM.

Some of our rarer items may not always be available the same day but we can generally source them in 1-2 business days. We still offer them as we don't want you to miss out. We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is a lack of availability.
We ship from our facility in Northern California with UPS and GLS depending on your location.
All Ground shipments to California ship with GLS to residential addresses and UPS to commercial addresses. Transit time is generally 1-2 business days but the service is not guaranteed. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air is also offered in California and these services are guaranteed.
Shipments to Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington use GLS.
All other destinations are shipped with UPS.
Signature on Delivery
You must be 21 or older to purchase our champagne. All shipments require an Adult Signature on delivery. This cannot be waived and is a legal requirement of all couriers. Three delivery attempts are made before the package is returned to us. If your shipment is returned for this reason, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. As we cannot provide an estimate of delivery time, we recommend shipping to a commercial address if possible. Commercial addresses are served from 9am-5pm by all couriers.
Once your order has shipped we will send you the tracking information. If you don’t receive it within 3 business days, please contact us.
Insurance is provided at no extra charge on all shipments. This covers any loss or physical damage to the item.
During the hotter and colder months we highly recommend expedited shipping if your transit time is longer than 5 business days. Champagne can deteriorate in extreme conditions and this is not covered by our insurance policy.
