Please note that during the Covid pandemic our couriers have removed guarantees from all shipments. This means that if a package arrives late they will no longer refund shipping fees. Please keep this in mind when checking out. The risk of a shipment arriving late is small but real.
All orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed on the same day if placed before 12PM California time and the next business day if placed after 12PM.

Some of our rarer items may not always be available the same day but we can generally source them in 1-2 business days. We still offer them as we don't want you to miss out. We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is a lack of availability.
We ship from our facility in Northern California with UPS and GLS depending on your location.
Please note, the UPS Ground shipping is an approximate service and is not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date. If you need a delivery to arrive by a specific date we highly recommend choosing expedited shipping.
Signature on Delivery
You must be 21 or older to purchase our champagne. All shipments require an Adult Signature on delivery. This cannot be waived and is a legal requirement of all couriers. Three delivery attempts are made before the package is returned to us. If your shipment is returned for this reason, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. As we cannot provide an estimate of delivery time, we recommend shipping to a commercial address if possible. Commercial addresses are served from 9am-5pm by all couriers.
Once your order has shipped we will send you the tracking information. If you don’t receive it within 3 business days, please contact us.
Insurance is provided at no extra charge on all shipments. This covers any loss or physical damage to the item.
During the hotter and colder months we highly recommend expedited shipping if your transit time is longer than 5 business days. Champagne can deteriorate in extreme conditions as well as freeze and break. This is not covered by our insurance policy.
We have a curbside pickup service available in our Hayward, CA location. When picking up we require your ID as well as the order confirmation email. For curbside pickup, please call to arrange payment beforehand.
