Shipping Times

All orders ship from our facility in Northern California. Transit time depends on the destination. If you need delivery by a specific date, we strongly recommend choosing an expedited shipping option.

Shipping Guarantees

UPS no longer guarantees delivery times on any service level, including expedited shipments. This means shipping fees are non-refundable if a package arrives late. While delays are rare, they are possible. We ship promptly from our end but cannot make promises on behalf of UPS.

Signature on Delivery

You must be 21 years or older to purchase champagne. All shipments require an Adult Signature on delivery - this is a legal requirement and cannot be waived. UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

  • If a shipment is returned for failed delivery, the original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping charges apply.
  • To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend shipping to a commercial address (UPS delivers to businesses Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm).

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11AM (Pacific Time) ship the same day.

Orders placed after 11AM ship the next business day.

Product Availability

Some rare items may require 1–2 business days to source. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent once your order ships. If you do not receive them within 3 business days, please contact us.

Address Changes

If a package is still at a UPS hub, it can be redirected to a new address. Customers are responsible for any UPS address change fees.

Order Returns

Orders returned due to:

  • three failed delivery attempts
  • incorrect address
  • no longer wanting the product

will be refunded once the product arrives back with us. The refund will be minus both original and return shipping costs. Shipping alcohol is expensive, so please ensure your delivery details are correct and someone will be available to sign.

Insurance

All shipments include insurance at no extra charge. This covers loss or physical damage to the product itself. Please note, extreme weather (heat or freezing) can damage champagne and such damage is not covered by insurance.

During hot or cold months, we recommend expedited shipping for transit times over 3 business days.

Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup is available at our Hayward, CA location. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email.

Payment must be arranged by phone prior to pickup.
