Without any dosage at the disgorgement, this cuvée requires constant attention, in order to express the essence. It delicately enhances the raw material, which is transformed by a unique and authentic savoir-faire.
The vinification is partially made in the new stainless-steel winery, a cutting-edge technological tool, which allows to create wines of remarkable precision and purity.
On the eye: A bright golden color with a silvery shimmer.
On the nose: Direct and precise with citrus notes.
On the palate: Complex and clean. Combining purity, tension and chiseled minerality.
Brut Nature pairs perfectly with all iodic dishes: oysters, raw fish and shellfish, sea urchins, caviar. It also marvelously goes with Thaï cuisine or sushis, makis and sashimi.
Varietals: 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier
Aging: 4-5 years on lees.
