Dedicated to the legendary Opera House, to which the company has a great affinity and draws its inspiration, this is the best expression of the vintage and the Bellavista style. The grapes that make up this great cuvée, predominantly Chardonnay plus some Pinot Nero, are the highest possible quality and stem from a painstaking selection within individual vineyards

TASTING NOTES

On the eye: Citrine quartz yellow, luminous and bright, with golden reflections.

On the nose: Intriguing and multifaceted, opening with fresh citrus and floral notes of orange blossom and elderflower. Followed by hints of exotic fruit and white-fleshed fruit pulp, intertwined with delicate nuances of aromatic herbs and ginger.

On the palate: A vibrant sip, with excellent breadth on the palate, expressing great elegance and energy. The texture, marked by outstanding crispness, supports remarkable clarity and finesse of drinking. The finish is persistent, fresh and deep.
