TASTING NOTES

On the eye: The colour is a bright straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage.

On the nose: The nose is fresh and elegant, with clear aromas of hawthorn, bread crust, balsamic notes, hints of pippin apple, dried figs and peanuts.

On the palate: Supple in the mouth, but not sweet, it has a fresh, pleasant flavour. The finish is long, assertive and very enjoyable.
