The "La Libertine" cuvée is the culmination of more than ten years of research. Doyard's objective was to get as close as possible to the taste characteristics of the first sparkling Champagne wines from the beginning of the 18th century (and their bottles). La Libertine has no equivalent and does not come close to any current Champagne. Its vocation is to accompany a moment of sharing, at any time of the day or night, without any other tasting constraint.

- More than twelve years of aging in the cellar.

- Weaker than normal effervescence (about four bars).

- Liqueur made from old Champagne wines (more than 20 years old).

- Dosage: 65g of sugar/L.
