A small lot (3750 bottles) from a 0.4ha plot of Pinot Noir in Les Savelons, in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy. Hand-picked, pressed and into used barrels, then bottled seven months after the harvest and aged 52 months in bottle before release with a dosage of 3.5g/l.
