Why the name "Cuvée des Jean"? In honor of Jean, the founder of Champagne Jean Josselin in 1957. This champagne of 100% Pinot Noir evokes the family history, and the transmission of know-how along the line of "Jean"s, even up to today: Jean-Pierre, Jean-Félix (and grandson Jean, born in July 2012).

TASTING NOTES

On the eye: Yellow gold in color.

On the nose: Seductive with hints of hawthorn, apple and strawberry compote.

On the palate: A mixture of liveliness and vinosity, very fruity, with a finish of peaches
