Lombard Extra Brut is both balanced and fruity: the Pinot Noirs provide structure, the Meuniers offer a lovely roundness, while the Chardonnays reveal aromas of white fruits. To preserve the wine’s freshness, we only carry out a partial malolactic fermentation.
