Laurent-Perrier Brut Millesime 2015
Laurent‑Perrier is selective when declaring vintages from only the very best years to create a rare and exceptional wine, characteristic of the House’s style.
THE VINTAGE
The year 2015 was characterized by extreme climatic events: a mild, rainy winter giving way to contrasting weather conditions in spring with an icy period followed by extreme heat and summer storms. Cool, dry weather in September allowed for perfect ripening of the grapes.
TASTING NOTES
On the eye: The wine is white gold in color with a fine and persistent sparkle.
On the nose: A nose of great complexity offering notes of beeswax, candied lemon, honeysuckle and hawthorn followed by aromas of toast and orange.
On the palate: A lively attack that gives way to a creamy and elegant palate with notes of candied lemon and honeysuckle.
PAIRING
The 2015 pairs well with seafood and noble fish as well as with poultry or veal.
